The bratwurst was inedible, completely dried out and hard, so that the outside was peeling off. When I asked the service staff about it, she replied: She only sells the sausages, she doesn't care for the quality and she doesn't care!

I am very disappointed with Kiefer wanted to bring my family a surprise today and threw 27 euros in the trash the chops were inedible 🙄😭 unfortunately they had no seasoning and were watery. That was twice as fast the shop doesn't see me again. It's a shame. It was always a highlight. P.s for 4 chops got 2 small bags of mustard luckily we had some at home. 😡😤

Delicious! Rather expensive in price, but with the location etc just normal. The sausage is big, the bread roll is mini. No matter why, the bun should be bigger.

Has ups and downs. Bratwurst okay. Krakow boring. The MEGA potato salad. I grew up with pine and belongs to Bremen. I am no longer a huge fan like I used to be, but when you visit the city you can take a look now and then. If he were no longer there, something would be missing.

Too bad that Kiefer still doesn't have vegan sausages on offer. There are now so delicious options from Beyond Meat. For me as a vegetarian, there is always only the delicious egg rolls.

In Bremen an institution and for guests of the city must. The homemade potato salad I ate as a child. Of course you eat a sausage here: There are plenty of choices here too. Instead of "classic" I prefer a grilled sausage. Good Appetite!

Very small snack in the middle of Bremen, with typical German sausages. Not very special, but it is delicious.

Best bratwurst in Bremen. You were not in this city if you did not eat sausage at Kiefert. Mandatory program! Also highly recommended is the home-made potato salad. French fries are not available here. You do not need them, you can have them anywhere.

Very tasty grilled sausages. Must try, at least once when coming to Bremen.

Cutlet schnitzel and meatballs are cold but can be made warm in the microwave at the customer's request. You can also buy homemade potato salad. Portion of potato salad kept very, very small ..... depending on the type of potato salad Portion 1.80 € or 2 € ..... the fried cutlet 3.40 € the fried schnitzel 3.60 € ..... cutlet as Schnitzel was also flavorful.

The snack has been around for as long as I can remember. There is an excellent sausage from the pan and from the grill. Also in the organic version, but a little smaller. You can stand outside at the table or the counter and look at the historic churchyard of the Dear Women. It's tight inside, but you can choose schnitzel, meatball and other items from the bar. Everything very tasty. I recommend grilled sausage with potato salad.
